PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
You will receive an email confirming your order within a day after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you do not receive the order confirmation email you also will not receive the subsequent completion notification, invoice and tracking information.
I use the United States Postal Service for ALL shipments and each package includes USPS' standard $50 insurance coverage. Full coverage is available as an option on the ordering page, additional shipping fee will apply.
Once your items are finished I will send an invoice through PayPal© Please be sure the email address you provide is accurate.
After receipt of payment confirmation from PayPal© I will ship orders out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your payment is received. In general, please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing time. If I anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in my emails. I do not guarantee delivery dates. Orders are shipped to the address provided on the order form.
I cannot be held responsible for lost packages or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
All packaging meets or exceeds USPS requirements. You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. I will assist you with copies of any shipping documentation I have in my records, but final responsibility for filing any claims and the necessary documentation the carrier may require rests with you the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
I do ship internationally. International Shipments can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
When your items are ready to ship I will send you an email with applicable shipping cost options for you to select from to the address provided in your order, such as First Class, Priority, Express and insurance coverage costs. You will need to reply to this email in order for me to generate your invoice. Invoices will generally be sent within a day after receipt of your email providing your shipping selections.
There are a few things to be aware of, however: you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. I do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you are ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be. Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
